I've had a storage unit at Extra Space Place for a long time. The employees have always been really nice and great to work with. The facility is better than the two other places I've used in the past, where the storage units leaked. This unit hasn't had any leaking or water damage. The one issue I've had was that the unit was broken into about a month and a half ago, but that isn't really Extra Space Place's fault. Somebody jumped the fence and busted the lock. Some of my stuff was just gone, but there was one item that they had tried to steal and left behind just lying around. Extra Space Place contacted me and let me know about the break in, and put the item in a new storage unit with a new lock.
