Everything went fine; I didn't have any problems with Extra Space Place. They were friendly. I'm no longer storing there, but I utilized their facility for about a year. The only thing I can say is that I thought they were rather high for what you're getting. The largest space you can rent had a garage door on it, I think, but it's still high for what they're doing and the service they're providing.

The customer service was fine. I did have problems with gate from time to time. It's just a storage place. I don't really look at them as providing a highly customer service type of thing. You're renting space; it's not really that big of a deal. From what I understand they're all high. It's not heated or cooled at these places. They're a place to put your junk. I moved out and sold everything I had in there anyway, so it was kind of pointless for me to rent this place. I should have just sold the stuff right away.
