Lone Star MMA gym is a fantastic gym with knowledgeable coaches. I, personally have not participated in the classes but I have observed many of the classes for 4 years now. The coaches are always very nice and very experienced. You can tell that they have a lot of passion in what that teach and enjoy the one on one time with students demonstrating each move and step. Everyone is very respectful and the owner greets everyone who walks through the door. He also teaches classes and isn't afraid to roll around with the younger professional athletes on the mats. No matter what age, level of experience, etc this is a great gym to join.
