I have a contract and Allied Services comes twice a year to make sure the air conditioning and furnace work perfectly. I've been going to them for more than 20 years, and they have been the only company that has serviced my heater and air conditioner. They are dependable and honest and don't sell products I don't need.

I pay their price and I'm a perfectly satisfied and happy customer. If there is an emergency, they have gone out of their way to make sure everything is in good working condition.
