I've been a customer of Allied Services Inc for about 32 years. I get a contract with them every year to make sure I'm on top of everything. With all the cold we had here this winter, my heat pump went out. They came out and found my circuit breaker was out. They kept right on top of it, waiting for the new part and waiting for the ice to melt so they could install the new breaker.

If I hadn't had the contract with them, getting the new breaker would have been much more expensive. They are always very nice and always very pleasant. When I call, they are always at the end of the telephone line. When they come in to the house, they never track in any dirt. I've been totally satisfied with them!
