We've lost our heat three times this winter and Allied Services has come out and fixed the pilot for us at no charge to us. We like Penny who calls to schedule and we pay extra for our contract where we're put ahead. We've found that very helpful. When we do get ready to upgrade, and we'll have to soon, we will use Allied. We've even recommended them to our neighbor who bought an A/C and furnace.
