I recently had The Lee Thompson Company come out to work on my air conditioning unit. Although they were responsive, their prices were off-the-scale expensive! I've used them three times now in the last seven months, and this most recent time, they changed the coil on my A/C. The worker who came out was friendly but I don't think he was thorough. I mean, it's hard for a consumer to tell, but it just looked like he guessed at what the issue was, without testing for leaks or anything. It's working now, but I'm not sure what my answer will be six months from now. I'm signed up for their annual maintenance program, but I'm not likely to renew it.
