This was our first experience with Lee Thompson and if I could give 6 stars or above I would. Our technician Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and very patient - and after determining the problem he knew how to fix the problem and improve the system. We had very good communication with Anthony at their office as well and it really felt like team work. We definitely will use this company going forward and will recommend them to others.
