I was having a problem with my heat pump, so I called The Lee Thompson Company. Their technicians came out and replaced the coils. They were knowledgeable and professional and they did a great job. It is working just fine, now.

Their office people are polite and courteous. I always talk to the same person and I usually get the same technician, so it seems that they have very little turnover with their staff, and that is a good sign. I have been using them since 2009 when they came out to install a heat pump in our garage apartment. We are very satisfied with their work, and we will continue to use their services.
