After 30+ years of Lee Thompson serving my family's homes they are a huge disappointment. They have been careless with my credit card information and have been very nasty and unprofessional over the phone. Their representatives were combative and desperate to get more money out of me. Words do not express how disappointing this was especially after the decades of business my family directed their way. Do not call them for service.
