The Lee Thompson Company came out to inspect my ac because it was not cooling. The technician discovered that I needed the coil replaced. He contacted Lenox, which is the name of the AC unit and found that the coil was still covered under warranty, which was great! The technician got the coil replaced in no time and told me that the house should cool off in a couple of hours. After six hours the house still wasn't cool so I called them back out and by the time they arrived the next morning the house had finally cooled off. This is a minor thing regarding the time of cooling but it just set my expectations for two hours and living in the Texas heat that's kinda big thing, even though this was a tiny, tiny thing regarding the cooling off time. The AC works great I am happy to say and have had no trouble with it thus far! Everyone at The Lee Thompson Company were great and did a fantastic job!
