I have a maintenance contract with The Lee Thompson Company. They come out twice a year to maintenance my 2 AC units. They came out this spring and checked the AC units and there wasn't anything wrong, but they did replace fluids for mildew and a little freon. I find this is a convenient way to keep things running smoothly. It gets really hot here in Texas! They do arrive on time and are very professional! Job well done!
