At first I almost cancelled bcause you called to say you couldn't have anyone at my home at the appointed time. (Friday), your receptionist said she could send someone Saturday if I paid an additional $50.00. When I complained that it wasn't my fault, I was fine with someone coming later, but I shouldn't have to pay extra for your neglect. After speaking with management she phoned back and agreed to waive the fee. This was my only complaint. I was happy with the technician and the work. As far as I can tell, everything is working great so far and the price seemed fair. He was very professional.
