I did not understand why we were charged $610 even though the water heater was only 4 years old and still under warranty. Elaine Miller

Hello, I wanted to explain the warranty process. I realize it's frustrating to have a newer water heater go out in only 4 years. The manufacturer covers the actual water heater for 6 years and only covers labor and additional parts for the first year. This is standard in the industry so what you were charged included labor to swap it out as well as some new gas flexes, supply lines and stainless steel connections. We also handle all the warranty for you and register the new one so you get another 6 year warranty. I'm going to apply an additional discount for your frustrations.
