Service was to install a new heat pump and related furnace coil for the Carrier furnace in our residence. Prior to the service we were given a detailed written explanation of the new equipment and what it would cost. Two service/equipment options were proposed, with a recommendation and explanation as to which one was the better of the two. We've used PPM for many years and its service has been consistently trustworthy and great.
