I was very happy with their timely service (in our time of need with an exploded water heater), and quality of work. I thought that their price was a little high though. The cost of the new tankless hot water heater ranges from $1,350.00 to $1650.00 and we were charged $4,700.00 for the new water heater installed ($3,000+ for the labor and materials).
