They do good work. Over the years I have had them fix leaky pipes and replace a faucet and pressure release valve. I also had them add insulation to my ceiling years ago. But I think they are kind of expensive, and for that reason I put the 'will recommend' at 3 stars. Their work has always been good. I don't think they cut any corners, or take any shortcuts, and I believe their work is always up to current codes and regulations. (That might help explain why they are expensive).

If you go by the saying - "You can have something done fast, done right, or done cheap. Pick any 2" - PPM is the first two.

I've haven't regretted using them, and I've usually chosen them because they were the first to respond to my inquiries and the were able to come the quickest to fix my problem.
