I've dealt with several plumbers and cannot say any of them have matched the honesty, kindness, customer service, and immediate response and all over quality that they showed at parleys. First Parley himself answers the calls and offered truly honest advice and did not just try to take advantage of a woman and tell me they had to come and look then charge tons afterward. But he instead suggested options to help me save money, but even offered to come out himself and charge less for me. The tech that did come out, James, was just as kind as parley himself and immediately remedied the issue.
