In the past I could rely on Sobieski for reliable service but in the past year this has not been the case.
I would have to request multiple times for a receipt to a service contract and even get a supervisor involved.
My latest AC service visit was rescheduled at the last minute even though the appointment was made months in advance. I was told a manager would call me back and they never did.
Very disappointing.
