Great service until you need repair work
I have been with Sobieski for years but Sunday I called to say my unit was not working. They promised to return call yesterday to let me know if a tech would be out yesterday or today. Never heard anything until 4PM today. They told me they had higher priorities which left me wondering why do I have a service contract. Especially when I got my unit repaired by someone that I didn't have a contract.
