I have had trouble with this company for years. They were good when they first came out to install system 12 years ago, but after that, forget about it. They would often have to reschedule annual maintenance calls at the last minute or not show up at all. When I contacted the office to discuss this, they never returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. My neighbor also used them for a new A/C system recently and was very displeased. If I could give them less than one star I would.
