Although Sobieski spent a great deal of time checking and trouble shooting our a.c. during our 10 month check-up, we had to call them back a few days later. On that appt. a broken damper was noticed and it was replaced a few days later. Had this all been done on the first check, I'd have given all 5's. The service reps were all very cooperative and very nice.
