first hot day of the season and I was sitting happily at work when I got a phone call from home that the AC didn't seem to be working. After several phone calls where they couldn't help me for almost a week, espically if I didn't have a contract. I called Sobieski and they were available the next day so I jumped on it. Tech came out on time even though 495 makes traffic a nightmare. He found the problem quickly explained everything to my wife and had the ac back up and running in no time. we definitely bought a contract with them!
