I needed emergency service on a holiday weekend. The service tech (Kevin) called while in-route to notify us he was delayed in weekend traffic and called twice more to update us on his progress (route 1 traffic in Rehoboth/Lewes area). He arrived and diagnosed the trouble, clearly explained the service and cost, completed the work in short order and even cleaned up, checked for leaks, and waited to be sure the repairs were working. I was very impressed.
