Zach & Brad from Brownstown location came on scheduled time & were totally professional & caring about my anxiety about system not working, Listened to my input & experience of what was happening. Zach explained what he believed was wrong & thought brine tank clogged & bottom totally full of sludge & cleaned it out & also reset gears to regenerate more often as local water very hard> told me to give it a week & test. It worked> They were professional & are an asset to your company. Their motivation needs recognition
