Thank you to Alex-Martin's Tech. We have a water softener from Ben Franklin that was put in before my purchase of Water Neutrilizer for our Iron problem 2 years ago. We noticed our water wasn't as soft as it should be, so Alex helped us out by upping the grains ppm of salt, said yes to Iron choice, set it backwash more. It will take a few weeks to build up. I've never had a bad experience or tech from Martin's come out. They always are helpful, courteous, and try their best to help you out even if not their brand. Thank you Alex.
