Had Martin WC disconnect their water conditioning system 2 weeks ago for the basement french drain installation. Today Duane reinstalled the system, changing out the carbon filtration tank; cleaned out the salt reservoir and replaced a broken support at its bottom, and installed tubing from the reservoir into the french drain. He gave clear instructions on the system's periodic maintenance, and even tested the water line's pressure. Duane was professional, friendly, informative and very thorough. I was impressed and will use Martin WC again.
