Our experience with Martin Water was very smooth and stress free. We had gotten water quality tests and estimates from Martin and another company before ultimately purchasing from Martin's. The key factor in our choice was the professionalism of the sales associate, Shawn Shrock. He was very detailed and patient in explaining what we needed to treat our well water.
During the installation, he came by to check on the process and answer questions. The technician, Michael O, was also very professional and courteous while installing the system. He was very knowledgeable of the process and did a great job installing the system.
