I had Duane Good service my system. He was a total professional and there was no pressure to oversell anything. He did offer some suggestions for the system and left it entirely up to me if my wife and I were interested. Would definitely recommend Martin Water to anyone looking for a water softener system. Every time I speak with them on the phone I get through to an actual person. Not a robot that prompts me through many systems to finally speak to someone “overseas“.
