After considering the facts, we chose to proceed with the Kinetico Water Softener and RO Unit installation. Out technician, Ryan, did a great job and installed our units cleanly and fast. He took into account my needs / wants and delivered on them. I am impressed with the how neatly the plumbing was done and his willingness to answer my questions and make sure everything is exactly what I want.
