Our Well Jet pump gave out on Saturday morning unexpectedly and we had NO WATER. In a PANIC , and STRESSED, I had made several calls to see when we could get service. NOBODY could schedule us till later in the week. It was recommended that I call Martin's- and that they carry the type of well jet pump that we had, as many companies no longer do . I spoke to DaShawn who was so kind, thorough in determining the equipment we needed to get us up and running, and offered to send someone out as a emergency call and was willing to help us as quickly as possible. He advised if we could make it until Monday he could get someone out at a lower cost to us, and assured they could get our pump replaced and water back. He advised they may not be able to replace our pressure tank and UV bulb that also needed replaced in one service time slot, but would handle the emergency issue first. Tony arrived within the time promised on Monday, was very knowledgeable, and quickly got our water up and running. He explained what he did, and asked if I had any questions about any of the work. He was able to complete EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed in one service call , and went above and beyond to take care of us in one visit. This company cares about people and quickly responded to our emergency-this is obviously hard to find these days if you are not a regular customer. They have gained life long customers, and I highly recommend their services. Thank you!
