We were able to get a service appointment on Thursday afternoon for Monday morning for a whole new UV light system. Our technician, Ryan, was careful to explain all of the new levers and why it was important for the different pieces he installed, how often to change things and repeated instructions for me to write down. He took the TIME which is something many folks don't do and also made changes to our layout proactively and that makes common sense to someone in his field but not to a homeowner necessarily. It was overall a helpful experience as well as fixing our original issue and getting the new system. 5 stars especialy for customer service!!
