My regular water service specialist was not available so I had Duane Good come out for my yearly service. He did a fantastic job! He explained everything to me and even replaced part of my equipment that was still under warranty without me even asking! Martin Water Conditioning offers great products but even more than their products - their staff is the exceptional! Very professional, caring and trust worthy. I thought I got lucky with my regular service rep (Jeffery) but everyone at Martin seems to be amazing!
