Technician arrived on schedule. He was appropriately dressed, very courteous, very familiar with the system, very personable. He performed the requested service in a careful and efficient manner. He was happy to answer any of my questions. He represents his employer very well, as have any of the other employees with whom I have interacted. Would be more than happy to have him back in the future. He was very cooperative about wearing a facemask while here. He offered even prior to my asking. (I was wearing a mask when he arrived. My wife and I are both seniors with underlying medical conditions)
