We recently had our residential water tested and it indicated we had coliforms present and the PH was low. Brad met with me to review our existing system, assess its performance and discuss potential solutions. Later that day he promptly provided several quotes for the various options for consideration. We chose to have our existing neutralizer rebedded to address the PH level and to have a whole house UV treatment unit installed to remedy well water bacteria issues. Throughout the process Brad made himself available for any questions and was very helpful. He returned with Wes to perform the work. They were punctual, very accommodating, did a beautiful install job and patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. In addition, Brad also identified and solved a previously ongoing issue where the neutralizer was running for excessively long times (hours!). Its now reliably completing cycles in 20 minutes - giving me peace of mind knowing that our well and sewage pumps are no longer being excessively and needlessly overworked. Great work.
