My wife and I moved into our home here in WV in 2013. For almost 10 years, we dealt with hard water, despite having a water softener unit. The unit we had was "builder grade," meaning it barely made a difference, even though it cycled every two days and went through easily 160 lbs of salt each month. He even offered a military discount, which was appreciated. I had many follow-up questions, ALL of which were answered and in a timely manner (via email).

On the day of the installation, LaRay did an outstanding job. The new equipment was professionally installed, he answered all the questions I had, and explained how everything works. The work he did was perfect. No issues whatsoever.

Now we've had clean water (finally!) for over a week and while we knew there were issues with the old system, this is night and day -- AND we will be using far less salt than before, thanks to this dual tank system.
