We have had Martin Water for our water softener needs for years. When looking for alternative heating, we met with David to access our wants and needs. After thoroughly brainstorming with us at our house, we landed on ductless mini split system units to be installed on 2 different levels of our house. The following week David and Travis started 7:30 a.m. and finished up about 1:45 p.m. Installed outdoor main unit, 2 indoor wall units, surge suppressor, electrical, checked condensation drains, cleaned up afterwards, and gave us a quick rundown of operation. Both Travis and David were prompt, polite and thorough. "Get in, get out, nobody gets hurt." No unexpected surprises. Would highly recommend.
