One of the best parts of our experience is that our first representative was able to get the second rep the very next day. Our system was taken care of once we made contact. Sure I wish it didn't cost $8,000 but the work was done right and the personnel who came to my home were fine young men who knew what they were doing and they had everything they needed to do the job. No running here and there to get parts...everything was done in one day long application. Hats off to Lee and Meryl!
