Philip was did a terrific job taking us through the purchase process and explaining the technical specifications and efficiency value of this hybrid water heater. When it came time to install this water heater David and Deandre were very professional. Their technical knowledge combined with their efficient work patterns and concern for the environment in which they were working gave us an installation that is nothing less then perfect. Every wire, and all plumbing connections are exceptionally well laid out making the final installation the appearance that it has always been their. They were all very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
