I can't think of a way the whole process could have gone any better!
Merv Keener arrived right on time. He was polite, efficient, clean and knowledgeable! He had no problem incorporating a few "special items" into our install. And he didn't mind me watching and learning from him while he worked. He provided clear instructions on how the system works and overall it was a pleasure having him in our home. I feel that I now have a new water softener and a new friend in Merv!
