Duane performed the annual maintenance on our water treatment system and from the phone call advising us of his arrival to the minute he drove away he was totally professional. He understood a particular issue I had and addressed it clearly and thoroughly, just as he did the rest of the maintenance work. Before leaving he told what he had done, why is was done, and shared clear and specific instructions on how to follow-up on his visit. I would welcome him back for any future service call without any hesitation. He exceeded our expectations for such a visit and that reflects very well on Martins business.
