I appreciated that the sales associate, Loren, made the effort to find the perfect water conditioning solution for me -- not too little ... not overboard, either. I could have gone the super premium route, but have just did a blind test, comparing my newly conditioned water with the Deer Park bottled water I've been relying on, and I cannot tell which is which. In other words, I now have perfectly good tap water and didn't need to purchase more than was smartly recommended to me. As for the installation ... I'm the kind of guy who leaves people alone to do their work, so I didn't see what the technician, Jeremiah, did until after the work was done and he showed it to me. In the space of an instant, I could tell the installation was super-professional; very nicely done! It spoke of a guy who takes great pride in his work; and he was a heck of nice fellow, too! Actually, everyone I encountered with Martin Water was super friendly and non-pushy.
