Orion, the technician who installed the system, was both polite and efficient. He even had spare fixtures for the drinking water dispenser after realizing that there was a better "color" match. I've been very happy with the Kinetico Home Water System and, if given a second chance, would choose Martin Water Conditioning to install it again in a heartbeat.
