Great sales and installation, but a part is broken
We met with Loren in sales who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our installer Ryan was great. He was super efficient and neat. We definitely recommend both employees.
The only problem was that our drinking water system had a broken piece and was leaking into our basement. We noticed the leak before Ryan even left our home. We have an appointment for repair this week. My major issue is that they are sending someone to "fix" the issue rather than "replace" the broken parts. I don't feel like I should be paying $6,500 for a system that came with broken parts. I was was told this was not a Martins decision rather a Kinetico decision, but I feel like Kinetico should stand by their product. I guess we will see how Friday goes.......
