Shannon, our sales associate, was prompt in responding to a request from our builder to install a chloramine reducing system and water softener. Shannon did a good job in explaining the options and was quick to schedule an installation. Orion, our technician, was very responsive and effective in coordinating with our plumber, who doing other plumbing work at the time to install our system and answer my questions about its operation and maintenance. Shannon was punctual in his follow-up visit and made some minor adjustments. Very positive experience that exceeded my expectations
