I have been a customer of Martin Water since the summer of 2013. Dwayne has been changing my filters and maintaining my water softener since that time. More importantly he has patiently and thoroughly educated me as to how these systems work; their benefits and potential flaws. He is friendly and professional. I have trusted him from the beginning, and I have requested him every time I have scheduled an appointment. I finally needed to have a new system installed. Dwayne explained the malfunctioning of the old system, that had been installed by a different local company years before I became acquainted with Martin Water. He explained my options and suggested the most economical long-term solution. As stated above, I have learned over time to trust Dwayne's advice and I followed it. Dwayne hooked me up with Travis, who did the actual removal of the old system, and installation of the new system. I immediately recognized the depth of Travis' knowledge of the plumbing issues and the equipment involved. When the removal and installation were finished, Travis educated me with regard to the operation and maintenance of my new system. He answered my questions with a good deal of patience and detail (I have absolutely no skill with these things, but having been a teacher, I learn fast when properly taught!) After the job was complete, my next door neighbor, who was a former mechanical/maintenance engineer, looked at Travis' work and was amazed by the finer points of the job. He noticed aspects of Travis' work that I would never have noticed. I have been pleased with every aspect of Martin Water Conditioning and Martin Appliance. From scheduling appointments, to buying salt or filters at the Brownstown store, from the salesman who sold me my Speed Queen washer and dryer, to the technicians who installed them, but most especially Dwayne and Travis were all exceptional and went way above and beyond any reasonable expectation that I could have had for my interaction with them. Martin Co. must have a great human resource director, I will say that! I have never experienced anything but first class treatment and the best equipment from Martin. Highly, highly recommended. Nobody paid me to say this. They are the best!
