Excellent technician , great job
DaShawn Martin was the third technician that was sent to fix our water softner. He was excellent in all respects. Well organized, explained what he was doing, explained why we were having the problem. Acid cleaned all parts that needed to be cleaned, replaced only a few parts that he felt were to worn to clean. Checked entire system top to bottom. Ran multiple tests to make sure everything worked properly
