We were very pleased with the great customer service we experienced at Martin's Water Conditioning. We went to the store to get a kit to collect water from our new well to test for bacteria and also to learn about what types of water softener systems we might need being that we have never had well water before since we have only had public water. We were scheduled for a home appointment and within a couple of days Dan came out to our home. Dan was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us all of our options and explained the whole process in detail to us. We decided to go ahead and have Martin's Water install our water softener unit. This unit does not use any electricity!! That is so awesome!! Anyways, I called and within 3 days Kervin showed up to install our new system. Kevin was very professional and within a few hours had our new system up and running without having to have our water shut off for more the 30 minutes. After 30 days went by Dan came back out to our home and did another test of our water and to see how we liked our new system. Everything is going GREAT and we couldn't be more happier with the system that we choose and the great customer service that we had with Dan and Kervin. We would definitely recommend Dan and Kervin at Martin Water Conditioning in Cleona!!
