I am very appreciative of Phillip Grover's helpful service in getting my pressure tank problem fixed the same day. Because their schedules were full, he first referred me to another provider. But he asked me to call back if that company couldn't come out that day. I called Phillip back and let him know that they couldn't help me until the following day. Phillip told me he would see what he could do to get me help that day. He called around to other Martin's stores and found Loren M had just had a cancellation. So Loren came out, just a few hours after I called in for service. Loren was very courteous and helpful. He explained what was wrong, clearly outlined the costs of the repair, provided me with options and went right to work. Within a short time, he had a new pressure tank installed and I had water back!
