Shawn Schrock tested my water, made recommendations, sent emails, follow-up visits, supplied and installed my whole house filtration system AND my drinking water, then instructed me on proper use and maintenance. I was so impressed, I ordered a second one for a rental property.
This may sound easy BUT...I'm "one tough customer" ...I demand excellence in everything, don't put up with bull, and refuse to suffer fools and stupidity! This young man has RENEWED my faith in my fellow man!
